Chapter 23 – Adopted Rules
The following rules governing North Carolina Irrigation Contractors have been adopted by the State Legislative Rules Committee and are an important component of the NC Irrigation Contractor Licensing Law. These rules cover the design, installation, maintenance and management of irrigation systems in North Carolina. Licensed contractors are governed by law to abide by these rules, which were derived from the NCICLB’s minimum standards. These rules replace the minimum standards previously published by the Board and included in your handbook.
